This place was so clean, fast, professional, but fun to talk to. They have the friendliest staff from the front desk, to intake, nurses, and Dr! It's NOT a regular ER where it feels cold and unwelcoming. This ER was so welcoming and had complimentary snacks and drinks. You never want to be at an ER but if you have to, go to this one. An Urgent care in New Braunfels does not have the same capabilities as an ER. Our freestanding ER has advanced technology and medical staff trained to handle critical emergencies. Our staff has access to advanced imaging, CT scans, and MRIs. We have in-house labs for rapid care, trauma care equipment, and we are qualified to treat life-threatening conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, and severe injuries. We are also staffed 24/7 with Board Certified Emergency room physicians and the most caring staff.

Yes, Lonestar 24 HR ER is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We are a stand alone emergency room like a hospital ER. Our ER is available when you need it most. Whether your symptoms appeared late at night or during a vacation, you can rely on our experienced emergency room staff!

We can treat any emergency, including chest pain, broken bones, severe infections, breathing symptoms, stomach pain, allergic reactions, back pain, nerve pain, dehydration, high fevers, and all other traumatic injuries from accidents. Our ER is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, imaging and lab testing. We provide patients with fast, and accurate care without the wait of a traditional hospital ER.

Lonestar 24hr ER provides patients with dramatically reduced wait times than you will find at a hospital emergency room. This is because we are a standalone emergency room, providing patients with a streamlined intake process, which allows patients to see a physician quickly. Most patients will see an ER Physician within 15 to 30 minutes of checking in.

Like most Emergency Rooms, Lonestar 24 HR ER accepts most major insurance plans, and self-pay patients are provided with a competitive self-pay rate. Coverage will vary on your insurance provider. Our billing team will help explain your benefits, and answer any questions regarding costs. Lastly, our ER prides itself on transparent billing practices and our dedication to NO balance billing.

You will need a photo ID, and insurance card at minimum. Your emergency care team will also want a list of current medications, including any recent surgeries or current allergies and patient history. For serious emergencies, our staff will assist in gathering information once you arrive.
